2. Services
SEO Mode provides SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) agency services, as well as backlink products including guest posts, niche edits, listicle placements, and managed link building plans.
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that:
- SEO and link building results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and your website's existing authority.
- We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business outcomes.
- Deliverables are defined at the time of purchase or in a written agreement — anything beyond that scope requires a separate arrangement.
3. User Accounts
If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must not impersonate anyone or use a misleading identity.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions (e.g., managed link building plans) are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- One-time purchases are charged at the time of order.
- Refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and request procedures.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on SEO Mode — including code, designs, logos, and text — is the property of SEO Mode and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without our explicit written permission.
Deliverables produced for you (e.g., content, reports, strategies) are yours upon full payment.
6. Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide can be used by us without restriction. By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
SEO Mode may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or behavior. Use them at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Mode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the lesser of:
- $100, or
- The amount you actually paid us for the specific service in dispute, minus any direct costs already incurred to deliver it (e.g., outreach fees, publisher costs, or labor).
This applies regardless of the form of action — contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise.
10. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO or GEO outcomes, uninterrupted service availability, or the permanent retention of placed backlinks.
Use SEO Mode at your own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt informal resolution with us before pursuing any legal action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of SEO Mode after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
