We want you to feel confident ordering from SEO Mode. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it or issue a full refund.
When You’re Eligible
You’re entitled to a full refund if:
- We fail to deliver the service as promised because of an error on our end.
- Your website was already submitted to all the relevant platforms before we started.
Request Window
Please request a refund within 30 days of your payment. We can’t process refund requests after this period.
Not Eligible
We can’t issue refunds if:
- You simply change your mind.
- The issue is caused by third-party tools or platforms outside our control.
How to Request

- Include your website, the email used for purchase, and a short explanation of the issue.
- We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
