When You're Eligible for a Refund
You may qualify for a full or partial refund if:
- We failed to deliver the service as promised due to an error on our end.
- Your website was already submitted to all the relevant platforms before we started.
- The refund amount will depend on how much work was already completed.
How Refunds Are Calculated
If you're eligible for a refund, the amount returned depends on how much work we've already completed.
For example: If you ordered submissions to 100 directories for $100, and we already submitted to 40 directories, we’ll deduct $40 (i.e., $1 per submission).
Important: If your package includes submission to paid directories (which cost us money directly), those fees are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your refund.
We’ll always provide a breakdown so you know exactly how your refund was calculated.
Refund Request Window
You must request a refund within 7 days of your payment. We do not accept refund requests after this period.
No Refunds in These Cases
We do not offer refunds if:
- You simply changed your mind.
- The issue is caused by third-party tools or platforms we don’t control.

- We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
