Refund Policy - SEO Mode

We stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it — or issue a refund.

Backlink services include guest posts, niche edits, listicle guest posts, and managed link building plans.

You're eligible for a replacement or refund if:

A purchased link was never placed or published.
A placed link is removed within 60 days of delivery (we'll replace it or refund the cost of that placement).

We cannot issue refunds for:

Links that are live and indexed but haven't produced ranking improvements — link building affects rankings over time and results are never guaranteed.
Domain Rating (DR) or traffic changes on a linking site after delivery — these are outside our control.
A change of mind after a link has been placed.
Links that are removed after the 60-day protection window.

Agency services include SEO audits, content strategy, technical SEO, and GEO/AI visibility work.

You're eligible for a full refund if:

We fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables due to an error on our end, and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable timeframe.

We cannot issue refunds if:

Work has been completed and delivered as agreed.
You're unsatisfied with organic ranking or traffic outcomes — SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control (algorithm updates, competition, your site's authority, etc.).
You change your mind after work has commenced.

Submit refund requests within 30 days of your payment date. We cannot process requests outside this window.

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
